Perrie Whidden:
Winner of 1996 Miss Indian Rodeo Queen

Perrie Whidden is the daughter Sonny & Connie Whidden of the Brighton Reservation Miss Whidden received $1,000.00 and a beaded crown. Perrie had to give a two minute speech on community rodeos and also modeled for horsemanship. The first runner up was Chris Jo Whitewolf of South Dakota. Perrie stated that winning this event was very exciting for her and her parents. She will be represent the INFR at the rodeo function. Perrie also competed in the Miss Florida Rodeo on Labor Day weekend in Ocala Florida and received 1st place.
