Dear Editor,
I was very pleased to read about the Pemyetv Emahakv Charter School opening in Brighton. As a 27 year veteran history teacher and native of Florida, I totally agree that the language of the Tribe must be preserved through educating the children in a charter school specifically designed to prepare them for a successful future in the world of tomorrow, as well as to maintain the transference of culture.
