E-Mail to the Editor

Dear Editor,

We are Barbara and Doug Griener and we own a business that specializes in authentic Native American art, crafts and jewelry. We are members of the Indian Arts and Crafts Association and for the most part deal in southwestern pieces, though we do carry some northeastern items.

If there are artists that would be available and interested in dealing with us we would love the chance to deal in Seminole materials as well. If you would like to check us out, you can visit our web site at www.TurquoiseSpirit.com.

We look forward to hearing from someone who might be able to point us in the right direction; hopefully for the economic benefit of both parties.

Thank you for your attention,
Doug Griener

Dear Editor,

I would like to purchase a gift certificate to your restaurant at the Immokalee Casino. How do I do this? Thanks for your reply,

Susan Messner

Dear Ms. Messner:

Thank you for your interest in the Seminole Casino Immokalee. To purchase a gift card, please call or visit our casino Cashier Cage.

Good luck,

Dear Editor,

I got your email through the BBC report about your tribe acquiring the Hard Rock Cafe chain. Congratulations, good luck with your business venture–and never sign that Peace Treaty!

Best,
Jen Allen

Dear Editor,

I am writing today in an effort to show my support to the Seminole Tribe. I cannot understand why the Native American Casinos have bingo slots and not Vegas-style slots. Furthermore, I cannot understand why the governor will not allow the change without sticking his hand in the pot.

I am a white man, with no known Native American heritage–but a true appreciate and respect for your tribe, history and rights. I will vote, in future elections, against anyone who opposes your Tribes’ sovereign rights!

Dear Editor,

We are having a chickee built by William Johns. Upon questioning him, he told me to write to the Tribal office to see if anyone would do an educational visit to a school here in Royal Palm Beach as the seventh graders are learning about Native Indians.

We would be most interested to speak with someone from the Tribe. Please call the number listed and let me know if anyone is able to join us.

Thank you in advance,
Karen Klotz

Dear Editor,

My sincere congratulations on the Hard Rock Café deal!

My husband and I support efforts for the Lakota Sioux on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. They live in two of the poorest counties in the U.S. Please consider helping the Lakota Sioux help themselves so they can also prosper. To learn how to help visit: http://www.friendsofpineridgereservation.org.

This time of year, they need winter clothing, fuel oil to heat their homes and most of all they need an economy that is self-sustaining.

Thank you for considering this heartfelt request,
Jenise Cook-Crabbe

Ani,

This message is for Max Osceola and Seminole Nation. Congrats to all in your quest with Hard Rock Café takeover. I’m really impressed and happy for you.

Dear Editor,

I wanted to give a big mid-west congratulations to the Seminole Tribe of Florida for their purchase of the Hard Rock Café chain. I hope as the brand expands Kansas City might be a consideration, as we would love to have one here in KC.

Congratulations again
Mike in KC

Dear Editor,

Italian TV informed today the Seminole Tribe is owner of the Hard Rock Café chain in many countries. Well done! You have all my support.
