Summary
Professional front desk reception duties; meet, greet and assist incoming traffic such as employment applicants, sales clients, vendors, etc. for executive offices of Gaming Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology and Gaming. Answer and direct phone calls. Assist with secretarial duties primarily in an overflow capacity. Excellent customer service skills mandatory. Pleasant and clear speaking voice with excellent telephone etiquette. Professional appearance. Experience with Microsoft Office software specifically in Word and Excel applications in a network environment is required. Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. Multi-task oriented i.e. upkeep of reception area and conference rooms, distribution of mail, ordering of supplies, catering, etc.; input of Vendor Registration forms (will train). Experience working in an executive level, high volume traffic and fast paced environment is required. High School diploma or GED required with three (3) years receptionist/secretarial minimum experience.
Employment Preference
The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to other members of federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
