| Finance | Controller – 1 Full Time Under the direction of the General Manager, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, directs the activities of gaming and non gaming accounting, revenue controls, cash operations, accounts payable, payroll, general accounting, collections, food and beverage accounting, accounts receivable, receiving and general cashiering. Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Accounting as well as five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in an accounting/financial management area or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience. CPA designation. Must possess knowledge of casino operations, and accounting and internal controls. Must possess ability to direct and manage team members. Must possess the ability to handle non-standard situations where independent judgment is required and limited guidelines exist. Must possess ability to effectively present information to top management. Must be detail-oriented with well-developed mathematical skills. Must possess the ability to operate computer and software programs. Staff Accountant – 1 Full Time Under the supervision of the Senior Staff Accountant, the incumbent prepares financial statements. Prepares journal entries to General Ledger. Prepares bank reconciliations. Prepares detailed account analysis. Provides back-up to Accounts Payable. Assists Senior Staff Accountant with maintenance of General Ledger system and reports. Assists Senior Staff Accountant with maintenance of Fixed Asset accounting system. Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Degree in Accounting preferred as well as one (1) to three (3) years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must possess excellent communication and time management skills. Knowledge of hotel casino operations preferred. Must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Financial Analyst – 1 Full Time Under the supervision of the Controller, the incumbent performs financial, operational and technical analyses. This position provides support to enterprise management by ensuring business strategies and financial goals are achieved. Bachelor’s Degree in the area of finance, business or accounting. Advanced degree and/or professional certification in preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Experience of at least one to three (1-3) years with significant exposure in financial analysis in casino hotel industry. Must possess ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, write clearly and concisely and effectively present information to top management. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw valid conclusions. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Support property team with: analysis, forecasting, budgeting, pro forma and other project related work. Financial Modeling within Excel and Access (e.g. Labor Analysis). Maintenance of reporting tools used by management. Financial Statement Review. Ad hoc analysis. Working with other operating departments to enhance policy and procedures. |
| Food & Beverage | Cashier – 1 Full Time Ensure customer satisfaction in assigned area. Must obtain T.I.P.S. certification and attend update classes as required. Must obtain Food Handler’s certification and attend update classes as needed. Prepare food orders as needed in accordance to recipes and standards. Maintain cash handling procedures. Must adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Ensures all products, food and non-food are maintained at par levels and notifies a supervisor if there are any challenges in this area. Assists with keeping storage areas clean and organized. Ensure outstanding customer service, focusing on 100% guest satisfaction. Any additional, reasonable duties assigned to by the Food and Beverage Manager. Server – 1 Full Time and 1 Part Time Promptly provide complimentary soda and coffee in assigned station. Maintain minimum daily shift sales standards for food and beverage, which includes sales of liquor, wine and beer. Must obtain T.I.P.S. certification and attend update classes as required. Must obtain Food Handler’s certification and attend update classes as needed. Prepare food orders as needed. Follow proper procedure to order beverage from bar. Maintain cash handling procedures. Must adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Assists with keeping storage areas clean and organized. Ensure outstanding customer service, focusing on 100% guest satisfaction. Any additional, reasonable duties assigned to by the Food and Beverage Manager. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to deal effectively with diverse departments and have flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bi-lingual a plus. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to tolerate second hand cigarette smoke. High School Diploma and two years cash handling and POS experience. Excellent communication skills. Cook – 1 Full Time Must adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures. Ensure outstanding customer service by focusing on 100% guest satisfaction. Acts immediately on all customer complaints and takes corrective action as needed. Must act calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts. Assists with preparation of all food products as directed by the chef. Must obtain Food Handler’s certification and attend update classes as needed. Responsible for prep and operation of daily action station. Maintains standards of the culinary department. Continually seek new methods and programs to promote the food and beverage operation and the property as a whole. Any other reasonable request made by management. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to deal effectively with diverse departments and have flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Bi-lingual a plus. | Marketing | Player’s Club Manager – 1 Full Time The purpose of this position is to develop, organize, analyze and manage a successful and profitable internal player card program. Duties will include planning, budgeting and making recommendations designed to support revenue needs. Also, enrolling members into the Player’s Club, issuing club cards, transporting supplies and forms and assisting club members with questions, redemptions and special requests. Also, assisting the Advertising Coordinator as needed (verifying accounts, data integrity, etc.) |
| Public Space | Housekeeping Manager – 1 Full Time Person is responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the housekeeping and common areas and that the staff's interaction with all guests is positive and friendly. Bachelor's degree with two to four years of housekeeping supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, supervisory and housekeeping experience required. Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities. Must possess the financial knowledge necessary to create departmental budgets. Knowledge or acquired knowledge of computer and software applications, proficient in Excel and Word. Bi-lingual helpful. |
| Security | Security Officer – 3 Full Time Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company. High school diploma or GED required. Experience in working with public under stressful conditions helpful; or an equivalent combination or education and/or work experience. Valid motor vehicle license with good driving record. Must be able to wear a radio earphone without any medical limitations. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations and handle basic duties and responsibilities of the position. |
| TAD | TAD Tech Manager – 1 Full Time Under the direction of the Director of TAD Operations, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, directs, coordinates and administers the technical activities of the TAD Operations area, including planning, developing, training and financial controls. Review new technology, equipment, and accessories under development, and evaluate potential benefits of implementing these new ideas. Creates and maintains preventive maintenance and repair programs in order to ensure TAD machines are in good working order and down times are minimized. Reviews, recommends and/or revises policies and procedures within the TAD Department that support the organization's initiatives and enables department to operate in an efficient, cost-effective manner. Manage staffing to include, interviewing, hiring, training, and development of all TAD departments personal. Ensure procedures protect the integrity and security of the company, employee and guests. Coordinate budget process, and manage operations with-in the budget plan. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems, developing positive employee morale. TAD Technician – 1 Full Time This Position responsible for assisting with service and repair support, minimizing down time and Maximizing Guest Satisfaction. Under the direction of the TAD Technician Supervisor, applies electrical theory and related knowledge to test, repair and maintain the slot machines and related gaming equipment. High school diploma or GED; minimum one year experience and/or training as electronics technician responsible for maintenance and repair; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Ability to diagnose and repair TAD machines. |
