Restaurant Chef
Assist the Executive Chef with managing the food production area. Prepare food and menus. Responsible for training and supervision of food production personnel. Coordinates activities at different food production areas. Assists in the monitoring of food costs and assists with requisition of daily food purchase orders. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
High school diploma required, Culinary Arts degree preferred, along with 10 years of extensive culinary experience. The position requires multi-tasking with heavy emphasis on providing detailed, organized management of operational functions while being capable or working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur. This position requires a flexible scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Deli/Garde Manger
Maintains quality and portion control of product. Prepares production in accordance with established standards. Sees to the proper rotation, storage temperature and environment required to store food items. Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities. Maintains a clean, safe hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) to Three (3) years of comparable experience is preferred. Individual must be capable or working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur. This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Saucier
Maintains quality and portion control of product. Prepares production in accordance with established standards. Hot Line Cook

Pizza Cook

Sushi Cook
Responsible for requisitions, pars and orders necessary to serve all pertinent food stations. A specialist in the trade, techniques and methods of “Stage-Show Cooking”. Possesses a complete understanding of traditional Sushi, Sashimi and other Japanese dishes as well as illustrating the influence of cross cultural cooking. Japanese cooking influences a must. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three (3) to Five (5) years of comparable experience is preferred. The position requires multi-tasking with heavy emphasis on providing detailed, organized management of operational functions while being capable of working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur. This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Mongolian Grill/Teppanyaki Cook
Responsible for requisitions, pars and orders necessary to serve all pertinent food stations. A specialist in the trade, techniques and methods of “Stage-Show Cooking” utilizing Mongolian Grill, Wok, Bamboo steamer and other resources. Possesses a complete understanding of teppanyaki cooking and must possess a minimum of “Flair Cooking” skills and techniques. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three (3) to Five (5) years of comparable experience is preferred. The position requires multi-tasking with heavy emphasis on providing detailed, organized management of operational functions while being capable of working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur. This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pastry Cook
Responsible for requisitions, pars and orders necessary to serve pertinent food stations. Maintains quality inventory control of said production area. A specialist in the trade, techniques and methods of Pastry and Bakery – knowing the major elements of fine pastry from classic tart dough to puff pastry, from multilayered cakes to bite-sized petit fours, from variety of breads to pound cakes.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three (3) to Five (5) years of comparable experience is preferred. The position requires multi-tasking with heavy emphasis on providing detailed, organized management of operation functions while being capable of working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur. This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Beverage/Lounge Manager
Fully responsible for managing the beverage and entertainment area, ensuring a guest atmosphere that is pleasant, enjoyable and fun! Responsible for training and supervision of beverage personnel; evaluates those personnel directly supervised in accordance with personnel guidelines. Communicates with all supervisor and support staff on daily needs, requirements and expectations. Coordinates entertainment/activities and support functions; monitors costs; promotes positive guest relations; handles guest issues and promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred. Background in beverage/lounge business and Three (3) years management experience in the business is required for this position. This person must be experienced at handling cash, be able to complete paperwork and have strong working knowledge of computer applications. This person must be able to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Dancer
Must have outstanding customer service skills. Freestyle dancing experience is beneficial. Position requires person to be neat and clean in their appearance. This position also requires a person capable of being on their feet for entire shift and possess a good memory for faces.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months of comparable experience is preferred. Individual must be capable of working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur. This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Cage Cashier
Redeem jackpot and winning tickets for TAD attendants. Complete proper logs and forms for each transaction. Verify customers’ ID and jackpot amounts. Prepare check for appropriate amount for supervisor approval. Log Title 31 transactions in appropriate logs. Validate payments and tickets on MICS System. Follow all company departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for cash and all other items representing monies under his/her control. Ensures that a positive environment exists by providing prompt, friendly service to all customers and employees. Perform all functions within the guidelines fo the MICS. Provide excellent customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of Three (3) years heavy cash handling experience. Banking or heavy cash handling background is essential. Basic computer database skills and use of 10 key adding machines by touch. Position requires person that is trustworthy, has the ability to handle large amounts of money, be able to balance at the end of their shift, and be able to do detailed accurate work. Most job tasks are performed standing for a long period of time with a good amount of bending and stretching required. Position requires utilization of standard bank equipment such as coin sorters, coin counters, etc. Position also requires a detailed and organized individual capable of working in an environment where numerous interruptions to job tasks may occur, have great customer service skills, work as a team and adapt to change. The individual must be flexible with his/her schedule.
Revenue Verification Clerk
Audit daily cash in, cash out, and applied jackpot using Excel spreadsheets. Duties include: Audit daily Vault, Poker, and Food & Beverage. Calculate daily jackpots. Review of daily worksheets prepared by Co-workers. Prepare daily Net Profit sheet. Prepare deposit instructions for the vault for all jackpots, special wins, net profit, and miscellaneous deposits. Preparation of daily reports for distribution to managers.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Computer, Windows, Excel, telephone, and 10 key by touch skill required. Position requires a detailed and organized individual capable of working in an environment where numerous interruptions to job tasks being performed may occur. Must be able to carry bags weighing approximately 30 pounds up and down stairs and for extended periods of time.
Revenue Verification Manager
Oversees and ensures the efficient performance of the Revenue Verification Group and the accurate recording of Gaming and Non-Gaming Revenues. Assists in the recording and documentation of daily receipts and disbursements. Assists in the preparation of financial statements and operational reports.
College degree is preferred. Three (3) to Five (5) years of related casino experience is required. Candidate should possess experience of Hotel/Casino Operations. Position requires a detailed and organized individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent communication skills and also must be proficient in various computer software programs and 10 key by touch.
Database Marketing Analyst
Provides technical and organizational support for the Director of Marketing including but not limited to data entry, vendor trafficking, daily redemptions and project tracking. Responsible for maintaining databases and creating queries/reports. Assist in evaluating and analyzing database information and make recommendations.
Three (3) years experience in casino database marketing and a Marketing degree is required. Must be detail-oriented. Time mangement skills and the ability to forecast time management needs of others are required. Must be able to analyze Marketing and Promotions data. Must be computer literate. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word is required. Expert skills in Access is required. Proven ability to write database extract queries using SQL or a similar toool and work with mail merge and address cleansing products.
Slot Technician
Supports the installation, configuration, diagnostic testing and upgrading of all casino gaming machines and related equipment.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years previous experience in maintenance of slot machines is required. Ability to remove, repair or replace defective parts such as bill acceptors, printers, logic boards, power supplies, monitors, etc.
