Supervisor TAD Operations

Responsible for supporting the TAD Manager with operational management responsibilities. This includes currency and ticket accountability, employee development, staffing and scheduling and the management of all procedures and processes that support TAD operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest player service.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or GED and 4-6 years experience in TAD/Slot operations in a similar position required; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  2. Knowledge of all casino TAD games.
  3. Excellent communication and time management skills
  4. Proficient in the ability to train employees in TAD operations.
  5. Must possess basic mathematical skills, balance a cash drawer and compute discounts and percentages
  6. Basic computer skills required. Proficient with keyboard, mouse reading screens and operating hand held validation units.
  7. This position requires standing and walking on the casino floor; frequent finger and manual dexterity; grasping, bending, reaching motions, consistent with regular office and computer work; lifting up to 10 pounds; hand-eye coordination.

TAD Technicians

Responsible for assisting with service and repair support, minimizing downtime and maximizing guest satisfaction. Under the direction of the TAD Technician Supervisor, applies electrical theory and related knowledge to test, repair and maintain the machines and related gaming equipment.

Qualifications

  1. High School diploma or GED; minimum 1 year experience and/or training as electronics technician.
  2. Knowledge of the technical detail of all TAD machines; able to diagnose, repair and maintain TAD machines.
  3. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical manuals and related documents such as electrical schematics and understand the functionality of electrical components.
  4. Technically proficient in the assembly and operation of TAD machines. Able to understand the hardware in order to meet machine software requirements.
  5. Must possess basic mathematical skills 
  6. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, frequently lift up to 50 pounds; talk and hear.
  7. Frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing steps and sitting.
  8. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color and peripheral vision.

Security Officers

Responsible for providing basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of guests, employees and the company. Promotes an outgoing, friendly, guest oriented personality at all times.  

Qualifications:

  1. High School diploma or GED required or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  2. Must be able to wear a radio earphone without medical limitations.
  3. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time; able to climb steps; able to respond to emergency situations and handle basic duties of the position
  4. Valid Motor Vehicle License with good driving record required.

Public Space Attendants

Responsible for completing all required set up duties, stocking inventory and to clean, sweep and maintain the assigned area.

High School diploma or GED

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.  First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.  Second preference is given to other members of federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
